Error Installing Microsoft Document Explorer 9.0

Does anybody out there have a solution or has Microsoft stopped being in denial about this serious issue and fixed it? I would suggest running both of these command lines again manually to try to resolve this issue. The rest of the items do not attempt to install after this error.My computer is clean (recently reinstalled XP), and the only other thing that I have installed is Visual Studio The usual computer errors and its corresponding solutions are explained below.
